Welcome to NYU-Student-Voice.com, a student-run, independent platform created by and for the students of New York University. Our journey began from a shared need – the need to express, to be heard, and to connect over our collective experiences at NYU.
Our Story: This platform was born out of the realization that many students, like ourselves, have faced various challenges and frustrations within the NYU system. From academic advising woes to administrative hurdles, our experiences often went unheard. NYU-Student-Voice.com emerged as a response to this gap – a space where students can freely share their stories, offer support, and advocate for change.
Our Mission: Our mission is simple yet powerful:
To Provide a Voice: We believe every student’s experience, whether positive or challenging, deserves to be heard.
To Foster Community: By sharing our stories, we create a supportive network of peers who understand and relate to each other’s experiences.
To Advocate for Change: We aim to highlight issues faced by students and work collectively towards solutions, making NYU a better place for current and future students.
Our Approach: As a student-run platform, we maintain independence from the university administration to ensure unbiased expression and discussion. Our approach is grounded in respect, inclusivity, and the desire for positive change. We encourage honest, yet respectful dialogue and uphold a policy of non-discrimination and sensitivity towards all members of the NYU community.
